DIA seeks to strengthen local capabilities, generate collaboration networks, identify and finance disruptive ideas and ventures aimed at solving economic and social challenges of communities in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Since 2016, DIA has positively impacted the lives of 14,444 young people and representatives from diverse sectors of society, of which 1,706 have developed innovation projects that benefit their communities. Furthermore, 443 participants have received funding to start and strengthen their ventures.
